Delva is built by a two-person team in London. Support comes from the people who wrote the code.

Email [email protected] for anything — a question, a bug, a card that's wrong, an idea. We usually reply within a day. If it's a bug, tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing; a screenshot helps enormously.

Subscriptions

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Delva → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple takes the payment, so Apple handles refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Delva and choose "Request a refund". If Apple says no and you think that's wrong, email us — we'll look at it.

I paid but the app says I'm not subscribed

In the app, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. [CONFIRM: exact location of Restore Purchases in the app.] If that doesn't fix it, email us with your Apple receipt (Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History).

Can I share my subscription with family?

[CONFIRM: is Family Sharing enabled for the subscription in App Store Connect? If yes: "Yes — Delva supports Apple Family Sharing, so up to five family members can use one subscription." If no, delete this question.]

Content

A card is wrong

Please tell us. Email the card's title and what's wrong; we check it against the sources and fix it, usually within a few days. Cards are built from Wikipedia and Wikidata, so if the source itself is wrong we'll say so and correct the card anyway.

Can I request a topic?

Yes. Email us a Wikipedia link. We add topics every week and requests go to the front of the queue.

Your data

To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected] from the address you want us to reply to. We answer within one month, usually much faster. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy. You can also delete your data from inside the app. [CONFIRM: in-app deletion path — Apple requires an in-app account-deletion option if accounts exist.]

Android and other platforms

Delva is iPhone-only for now. Android is planned; email us and we'll tell you when it lands.
